This October Oxford held a summit called “Science and Education”, a well-known annual forum of investors, scientists and heads of universities from more than 30 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, America; forum dedicated to international cooperation and partnership in science and education. Before the summit a collection of popular scientific articles on current knowledge and science – Socrates Almanac 2014 was released.

The edition describes the most interesting research, advanced learning technologies, promising innovative projects and mechanisms of financing.

Almanac presents one of the most outstanding and innovative techniques called Rhythmomethod 7P0 and its founder- Evdokiya Luchezarnova. In particular some extracts from her book “Welcome to time” published in English describe the rhythmological perception of reality in terms of time and the role of the brain in this process.

“The goal and objective of Rhythmomethod 7 P0 is to familiarize people with life in time. Time is of the same reality and even more real than the space when the brain goes back to where it is destined to live”, - Evdokiya Luchezarnova writes in her book.

Almanac is registered and published in Oxford, UK (The Almanac ‘Science and Education. Oxford View’ (ISSN 2053-4736). It is highlighted that Almanac is included in the most quoted international database called Scope, and publication in it equates to the publication in editions recognized by the Higher Attestation Commission established by the Ministry of Education and Science.

“We are pleased that through Oxford Almanac students and the representatives of scientific and education environment all over the world can get acquainted with Rhythmomethod 7P0”, – Olga Kataeva, one of the rhythmologists of the Rhythmology Institute (IRLEM), said in her interview.
